The farm is in far north Wisconsin (2-miles from Lake Superior). Ideally, they are looking for someone who wants to be in involved in a farming business (beef sales-direct, dairy, hay). Please respond if your serious. Many details would need to be explained and optional scenarios are possible.
This a great opportunity for a younger couple that is excited about direct marketing beef and possibly dairy, but do not have the farm, cattle, or equipment. Call, text, or email for more info. Farm is located near Port Wing, Wis. The general area is well educated on healthy food and sustainable farming. There are many recreational opportunities in the area, including: sailing, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, skiing, fishing, hunting bicycling, horse back riding and much more. The area is also home to many cultural events and music venues. Farming is hard work, but for the right people it can be highly satisfying and rewarding. We can offer our knowledge on grazing/pasture management, beef/dairy production and will introduce you to others who share our ( and yours) passion about farming.
