Tomato Greenhouse Crew Jobs in Wisconsin for 2015

Deep Rooted is a greenhouse and farm business dedicated to maintaining productive agricultural systems that provide beautiful landscapes and nutritious food. We are located just outside of Westby, Wisconsin. We specialize in growing organic tomatoes in high tunnel greenhouses. We have 5 high tunnels in operation. We are currently seeking part time help (May - October) 15-20 hours per week. Primary Duties include: harvesting and packing tomatoes twice weekly, tying up, and maintaining tomato vines throughout the season. Other jobs may include weeding, watering, planting and other harvesting. Crew members may be asked to help with other greenhouse duties as needed.

Experience/Qualifications: Farm experience is a plus but will consider individuals without experience who have the right combination of other desired skills, strong work ethic, great attitude, timeliness, dependability, and desire to learn organic farming techniques. Must be able to lift 50lbs and must be prepared for physical labor and working in the greenhouse environment during the summer months.

Pay Rate: Pay is competitive and based on experience
