Pasture Division Director Job in Shasta Valley, California
Belcampo Farms is a 10,000-acre organic farm that is building a slaughter facility and a group of old-fashioned butcher shops to market its products. The butcher shops, scheduled to launch in 2012, will offer an old-world experience to California consumers interested in purchasing high-quality, healthy, and great tasting meats. I am currently working with the metal building guys, working on the office and Cullinary School. I am very interested in working for Belcampo. Either in the school or at the Packing plant. I am a great “arm chair” chef and I have been cutting meat off and on for 12 yrs. I am also a very well trained supervisor. Since I am on the road at the moment, I will send a resume by early next week. We work 6:30 to 6:30 so it is hard for me to get away to introduce myself to anyone, but if your in the construction area, it would be my pleasure to meat more of the Belcampo staff. Just ask for Jody. Thank you for your time, Jody Bourke
Don’t send it to me. Read the whole post, and you’ll see info on who to apply to.
