The UMass Stockbridge School of Agriculture is also offering 5 other classes during the first summer session (May 19th-June 27th, 2014): Botany for Gardeners; Agricultural Chemistry; Organic Gardening and Farming; Community Food Systems; and Sustainable Agriculture.
