Title: Assistant Farm Manager

Compensation: Salary based on experience.

Location: Hamilton, Massachusetts

The purpose of the Assistant Manager is to ensure that Green Meadows Farm is running smoothly and efficiently. The goal of Green Meadows Farm is to grow vegetables, fruit and livestock using organic techniques, educate the local community about the practices we incorporate on the farm, and to sell/distribute the products of the farm as well as other products from the farmstand. The Assistant Manager is primarily focused on field production, however, s/he is also responsible for all other farm related activities. The Assistant Manager is the second in command to the Farm Manager and is responsible for keeping the field crew moving rapidly. Salary based on experience.
