We’re looking for two, energetic, good-natured applicants who would like to be a part of starting a CSA from scratch. We’re going to run a 150 share CSA, as well as participate in a weekly market. The right folks will learn all aspects of organic production as well as marketing, budgeting and other aspects of the business. Bellair Farm is located just outside Charlottesville, Va. The apprenticeship will run for 30 weeks and will come with housing, a $350 weekly stipend, vacation time and veggies.
