Opportunity to participate in fledgling organic/sustainable micro-farm venture, (seasonally for 2013 or longer) on 3 1/2 acres of Southern Vermont ski area property (includes large house, shed, 20 gpm drilled well, vibrant stream), recently cleared (mixed woodland/pasture/habitat) with decent soil, okay sunlight. Wish to further develop (for market) suitable use of the land.Currently in cultivation are vegetables, blueberries, small fruit orchard, herbs. Possible expansion may include poultry, sheep, goats, beekeeping, mushroom culture, medicinal/culinary herbs, value-added products, etc. Ideal candidate(s) will, at minimum, have good carpentry skills, interest in land stewardship and ability to live harmoniously and productively with others. Art, bodywork, Buddhism and cultural anthropology are among compatible interests/activities with owner.
