Title: Grower/Garden Educator, Cornell Cooperative Extension, Schenectady County Type: Year-round position Location: Schenectady County, New York Compensation: Benefits included Position is open until filled. Cornell Cooperative Extension, Schenectady County is looking for a Grower/Garden Educator for the Roots and Wisdom program.  Roots and Wisdom is a youth agriculture and community service program in Schenectady, NY.  We work with county youth and volunteers to grow vegetables for donation and sale in three urban gardens.   The successful candidate will serve as a team member in planning, delivering and evaluating programs and have primary responsibility for management of all gardens.

Organic farm/garden management experience and the ability to work with youth are essential.
