We are looking forward to the 2011 season here on Cherry Ridge Organic Farm to be another great year! We are looking for a farm manager that can be a right hand man/woman to the head farmer. The managing position will have certain perks, please contact us for details and a resume with your experiences.
We are also looking for fresh, energetic, and hard working interns with good attitudes. We have new intern housing on site and can handle any food preferences.
Cherry Ridge is an organic vegetable farm, with laying chickens and cows. We operate a CSA, growers markets and wholesale/retail market to local restaurants and health food stores. Cherry Ridge is a great place to work and learn from our head farmer and owner. David has been growing organically for over 35 years and has much to offer any willing sole. We are also looking to start offering classes on everything from timber framing to sustainability. The classes will eventually be taught one weekend a month with the ability to do extended session for a week.
