The Trustees of Reservations is looking for an Assistant CSA Manager to help in all aspects of running the 540 member CSA at Appleton Farms in Ipswich, MA. Responsibilities include equipment, facilities, and infrastructure management, implementing day to day CSA farming tasks, educating apprentices, and working with volunteers. The Assistant CSA Manager should have at least two years of direct hands-on experience in farming and equipment operation and maintenance. Demonstrated experience working with other staff, volunteers and the public is critical. The position is full-time year round with a seasonally variable work schedule.
