Internship on Grass Fed Livestock Farm in New York State

Intern/Apprentice wanted for summer season on Stone & Thistle Farm, a grass-fed livestock farm and Kortright Creek Creamery, an organic goat dairy and creamery located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains of New York State. Also on the farm is Fable a farm to table restaurant, farm store and bed & breakfast. Grass fed lamb, goat, pork, beef, poultry and rabbits are sold at area farmers markets and in NYC restaurants and butcher shops. Organic goat milk, yogurt and chevre are made in the farm’s creamery and sold through distributors and delivered throughout NY and MA. Stipend, housing and meals provided.
