Healthy Farms, Healthy People State Meeting – Iowa, 2012
The Iowa Food Systems Council is proud to announce that we have been selected to host the 2012 Healthy Farms, Healthy People State Meeting on November 16, 2012 at the Fisher Community Center in Marshalltown, Iowa. Online registration for this first year event is now available at iowapha.org/Events. We encourage you to register early to guarantee yourself a seat!
We ask that you please distribute our most immediate press release to your network. In addition, we encourage you to consider attending the State Meeting as a speaker. We are looking for long and short presentations that showcase how the health of Iowans is dependent on healthy relationships between agriculture, food, health care and public health.
