Farming Opportunity Near Elk, Washington for Individual or Couple – 2021

We are Daniel & Patti EarthStewards, retired organic farmers seeking a couple (with no children) or single to transfer our farm to. We live north of Spokane, WA outside of the little town called Elk. What is unique about what we offer is not only training on how to become a successful organic farmer but also the land, tools, seed starting equipment, greenhouses, produce stand, root cellar, raised beds, etc. that you will need to do so (see all of this in the photos we provided at our ic.org web listing). All the income/profits you make stay yours. As well, we have a newish self-contained 21’ travel trailer that you can live in rent free.

Our only desire to see a new generation keep this farm productive, as this is beyond our capabilities to do at this point in our lives. This is a long-term commitment, so this opportunity would be incompatible for those who are just starting out in life and want to fill it up with lots of interesting and exciting adventures. So expect to work hard on your goals, but not as hard as we had to do in order to establish our farm and all its infrastructures. Working with us and you are guaranteed to enjoy the good life, as our mentors, Helen and Scott Nearing taught us.
