Salary and Benefits: $9-$14 per hour, 30 hours per week, salary based on experience and skills; Medical benefits, paid holidays and vacation time package available after probationary period.

POSITION PURPOSE: The Program Assistant is a part-time (30 hours per week) support position in the administrative headquarters of AOLC. The Assistant is responsible for supporting four key functions of AOLC Farmer Training Initiative (FTI): 20% general communications and administrative support; 20% website and resource development; 15% data entry; 15% program prep for the Collaborative Regional Alliance for Farmer Training (CRAFT) and Stateline Farm Beginnings events as assigned; 5% other duties
