Farm to Market Conference – March 30th, 2014 – Hurleyville, New York

A day of networking and education about the most current topics in local food marketing. Gather with local food advocates from across the region including farmers, retailers, restauranteurs, specialty food producers, distributors, farmers’ market staff, and economic development practitioners.

Workshops will be offered on profitability, new markets, scaling up and beginning farming. Educational topics will be suited towards vegetable, livestock and dairy producers. The tradeshow will feature several networking opportunities, including a Farm Hack, Food Hub/Wholesale meet up, Pure Catskills Marketplace, Catskills FarmLink Up for landowners and seekers and local food sampling. Featured speakers and workshop leaders will share perspectives from both the metropolitan and upstate marketplaces.
