Decision Guide helps farmers explore farm access options and make informed decisions that work for them. This guide organizes farm access and tenure methods into three basic categories: ownership now; ownership in the future; and no ownership.

Farmers interested in finding a farm can consider variables such as security, equity, affordability, flexibility, farming requirements, and access to capital for each method. The guide also addresses stakeholders, legal and financial arrangements, and equity and legacy provisions.
