Dairy and Cheesemaking Internship on Maine Farm

Crooked Face Creamery in Skowhegan, Maine (www.crookedfacecreamery.com) is seeking a farm intern for the 2014 season. They have a 40 cow dairy and a small cheesemaking enterprise. Housing is available on the farm. They need assistance milking, taking care of the animals, putting in feed, making cheese and attending farmers markets, along with all other aspects of running a family owned dairy farm. Start date flexible. Experience working on a farm preferred but not required.
