Iowa State University’s Beginning Farmer Center and the Practical Farmers of Iowa team up this fall 2009 to broadcast 8 new webinars to assist existing and beginning farmers in planning out farm strategies.
What’s a Webinar?
An interactive seminar broadcast over the internet (web) with information slideshow, and audio presentation.
90-minute weekly webinars each Tuesday in November and December 2009 feature topics of interest to farm families and anyone in farming ventures. The main focuses are on the succession of farm businesses with the transfer of agricultural assets to the next generation and planning for beginning new enterprises.
