Beginning Farmer and Rancher Conference, Michigan

A Beginning Farmer and Rancher Conference hosted by Start2Farm, and the American Farm Bureau Federation will be held February 18-20, 2012 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Start2Farm is a new website hosted by the National Agricultural Library which “features information and resources for training and assistance programs available throughout the country” focusing specifically on those developed through the the Beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program. The development of the site and hosting of the conference are supported by a Beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program (BFRDP) grant. You can read the full project proposal HERE.
