June 3 — Low Intervention Fruit Tree Care. Thursday, 5-6:30 p.m. Online. Sliding scale. Focused on strategies for growing organic fruit with limited intervention and no spray. Registration
June 8 — Gardening Q&A. Tuesday, 7-8 p.m. Online. Free. A conversation to help answer your gardening questions. Registration
June 9 — Apprenticeship and Worker Orientation. Wednesday, 5 p.m. Online. Free. A great chance to start meeting apprentices and farm workers from other farms across the state! Registration
June 10 — Holistic Practices at the Heritage Orchard. Thursday, 5-6:30 p.m. Online. Sliding scale: $0-$25. Focused on techniques that involve the use of organic sprays and amendments. Registration
June 12 — Intro. to Forestry Workshop. Two identical sessions: Saturday, 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-4:30 p.m. Whitney Woodlot, Gray, Maine. $25; $20 for MOFGA and MWO members. An introduction to the basics of forest ecology and stewardship. Register for either the morning session or afternoon session here.

August 18-19 — Heritage Bread Festival. Wednesday and Thursday. Belfast, Maine. $25 per day; $48 for both. Explore grain biodiversity, artisan baking and celebrate the harvest. Registration
